WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN INDEPENDANT SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

As an Independent Sales Representative, you represent our marketing services, gaining new client by calling and face to face meetings. You take control and decide when and where to sign on a new client and how much time you want to invest in the business. This allows you to create a business that fits your life, scaling up or down as you wish.

HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?

You decide! Match your efforts to your desired results. Independent reps earn 10% commission on every Job they bring to YBG Marketing.

WILL I RECEIVE TRAINING AND SUPPORT?

Absolutely! You will receive one-on-one coaching from our marketing team.

HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED TO WORK?

Based on your schedule and desired income, you decide how much or little you want to spend on your business. Some Independent Reps have other jobs and only work 5-10 hours a week, while others make YBG Marketing their full-time business. We make ourselves flexible so your life can be, too!

HOW CAN I BE SUCESSFUL?

DESCRIPTION

We are launching an aggressive search for savvy Independent Sales Representatives to sign on new clients. Ideal candidates will have passion for sales, marketing and innovation, proven business development experience, a strong prospecting focus, seek initiative, and be motivated by uncapped commission potential.

This is a great opportunity to make your own hours and earn terrific commissions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success in an outside sales role - prior business development sales experience helpful but not required.

• Must be tech savvy: computers, smartphones, tablets etc.

• Skilled at networking, cold-calling and developing mutually beneficial business relationships.

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, in person and by telephone

• The ability to organize and motivate yourself is critical.
